In 2005 the McKinnons began producing their range of gourmet sausages made from fresh all natural quality local produce where possible, with no artificial additives, flavourings or preservatives. They coarsely grind prime cuts (pork, beef, lamb, chicken & duck), and mix with their own secret selections of fresh herbs and spices. The result, in their own words ‘wonderful flavoursome sausages!’

These gluten-free products are only sold locally at Canberra Region Farmers’ Market, Southside Farmers’ Market, Old Bus Depot Markets, or direct from the kitchen in Fyshwick. "Bangers" varieties include Cumberland Pork, Lamb Kofta, Chicken Tikka, Chicken, Sage & Tarragon, Beef, Bacon, Red Wine & Mushroom, Boerwors, Beef Napolitano, Spiced Duck & Orange, Pizzaiola, Fresh Chorizo, Kangaroo & Bush Pepper, Lamb with Native Thyme. These products are freshly produced only once a week and because no preservatives are used, shelf life is limited.
