Opened in late 2004, this innovative cooking school sources local cooks and chefs, and also offers children’s classes, while cheese-making  is a feature using milk from the owner’s dairy. A regional produce store and coffee shop in the same corner complex  - the heritage-listed 1911 Gibson & Skinner butcher shop site  - makes the township of Wingham, near Taree, an important stop on any trip north. Regular food and wine workshops, Asian cookery, pasta and bread-making, basic cookery and other classes are available. Open: days, nights, weekends, according to schedule
