Hunter Valley Cheeses include grapevine-ashed brie, Hunter Valley Gold washed-rind, and Pokolbin smear-ripened cheeses as well as fresh cheeses, and in this retail shop-trained consultants are on hand all day. You can buy lunch platters at the café to enjoy with local wines outside on the lawns, or for a picnic.
A viewing window allows you to watch the cheese-making process. Cheese-making tutorials are conducted in the factory under the tutelage of highly experienced cheese-makers Peter Curtis or Rosalia Lambert.
