Melanda Park Free Range

A truly free range environment and a marriage of heritage and modern breeds has over the past seven years produced pork with the flavour of a bygone era from this property in northern NSW. The pigs are free to graze fertile pastures and forage amongst the fallen fruits of the old orchard, and this lifestyle results in sweet, succulent pork raised as nature intended, free of growth-promotants, antibiotics, crates or cages. Sold locally at Sapphire City Meats in Inverell, this pork is also available elsewhere under the brand names of  Melanda Park Free Range and RocRoss at Cleavers Organic Meats, and  Feather & Bone.
