Speciality: Best known for beautifully prepared 500gm rib eye steak, known as XTT steak (listed in Lonely Planet), Dundee spring rolls, filled with crocodile and kangaroo blend.

Local Produce: kangaroo, wallaby, crocodile, emu, camel, bush seasonings (such as bush tomato, wild lime, kakadu plum, lemon myrtle, native mint) and desserts featuring macadamia, quandong and wattleseed.

Extras: Fantastic rock cliff views, and stunning indoor atmosphere, with log fire in winter, and marvellous restored homestead rooms with Aboriginal art on walls, including an excellent selection of prints of Albert Namatjira. All guests are served using traditional linen and silver table settings.
