One of the founders of the Crystal Waters Eco Village, Max Lindegger also runs this certified organic orchard. He specializes in growing kaffir lime trees for their leaves, and also sells pecan nuts and honey at the Crystal Waters market (held every first Saturday of the month) and from the property. This village is worth seeing as it is a 21st-century model for ‘low impact, sustainable living’.
