 For the past seven years the Suttons have been specialising in producing varietal apple juice, apple cider, and fruit liqueurs. Visitors can pick their own fruit in season from about 10 main varieties of top quality trees. It all began as a way to value–add to apples when the needs of mainstream markets changed and fruit was being rejected. The apple juice is quite different to any other apple juice on the market, and the cider and liqueurs are also unique to this business.
Varietal apple juice is made from apples grown on the orchard using environmentally-aware orcharding practices. Up to 10 kinds of apple juice, sparkling and still cider, and a range of fruit liqueurs made without essences or preservatives. |
