Producers Retreat offers great wine, food, service and accommodation in a beautiful location. The property includes 32 hectares of vines, an olive grove, orchards and native fauna in the heart of McLaren Vale wine country on Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia only 40 minutes from Adelaide.

On site guest house, walking trail, hands-on activities and excellent service makes the Producers of McLaren Vale tempting for functions of every kind.

David Arbon and Tori Moreton met in the Arts Industry and often worked together on festivals.  Sharing a passion for culture, travel, food, wine, growing and making was the bond for Tori and David inspiring a mutual pursuit of the perfect place to grow veggies and create their own produce. McLaren Vale’s Mediterranean climate, beaches, farmers market, olives and vines made the choice of region easy.

David and Tori have been making produce for many years: wine in the back shed with small parcels hand-picked and nurtured through to precious bottles shared amongst friends, making extra virgin olive oil pressed from the old trees, preserves, pickles, vinegar and verjuice for guests to the farm, and in productive years the excess is for local restaurants.

Tori managed the 2003 Food Wine Tourism Network Workshop held at Coriole and then secured the role of Project Manager for Fleurieu Peninsula Food.

Then in 2007 Tori and David formed Producers of McLaren Vale – their business brings together their love of growing and making food and wine with a business allowing innovation, creativity, education and the conviviality of sharing this region with guests.
