Whispers from Provence

Ann began making these lovely products because she had been so impressed by the markets of France where local farmers arrive at the market each week with a couple of dozen jars of different products, seasonally determined. Now her organic gourmet products – the "Whispers from Provence" range – include marinated fetta, marinated olives, preserves, chutneys, relishes (made to her grandmother’s recipes) and jams, all using organic ingredients from her own organic garden where possible. Also available are French soaps. Products are also sold through the Farmers' Market at Yering Station and small gourmet retailers.
