Foodpath Market to Table Event

A Bowral market tour followed by cooking class and long table lunch.
A collaboration between FoodPath and the Blue Bowl Cooking School.

The Market to Table Tours will be held throughout 2011 on the 2nd Saturday of the month.

Start with a visit to the Bowral Produce Market with FoodPath and then on to an interactive cooking class and leisurely lunch with the Blue Bowl Cooking School at the beautiful Fitzroy Inn in Mittagong.

Meet Jill and Nick at Bowral Public School from 9am - 10:30am where we will buy the ingredients. Then on to the Fitzroy Inn where Patricia will provide a cooking class using the produce from the market. At 1pm sit down to enjoy a long table lunch with local wines. Day concludes at 2:30pm.
